The main unit of the conference system can be set to six different speaking modes:
The "free" mode means that all the participants can speak freely.
"Limit" mode: Once the number of speakers reaches the limit, those who wish to speak must wait until the previous speaker has finished before they can speak.
The "rotation" mode works as follows: Once the number of speakers reaches the limit, the first speaking unit to be activated will deactivate the subsequent speaking units that were activated later.
"Application" mode; The operator controls the computer to manage the software, which approves or rejects the application for representative speeches.
"Voice control" mode; Voice control to activate the microphone;
"Countdown" mode; Function to set time limit for speaking;
Chairman mode is optional: You can choose the Chairman Exclusive mode or the Chairman Regular mode.
Chairperson Exclusive (C.only): This means that once the chairperson's microphone presses the priority button, all the representative microphones will be turned off and cannot be turned on again, unless the chairperson's microphone is turned off, in which case the representative microphones can be turned on freely.
Chairperson Normal Mode: After the chairperson's microphone presses the priority button, all the representative microphones will be turned off but can still be turned on freely.
Automatic Shutdown (A. Off): This option allows you to choose whether the system should automatically shut down within 45 seconds after the microphone has finished speaking (the shutdown will only occur if the sound pressure in the venue is below 40 dB).
The music prompt tone for the host can be selected: You can choose to have it or not.
It has one TCP/IP network interface, which is used to connect to the network distribution box for synchronous transmission of audio and control signals.
